Ability Level Intermediate/Advanced
This program is designed to train your freestyle, freeride, freeskiing and snowboarding skills in the pool three days a week. The program targets skiers that are working on perfecting the skills in freestyle, freeride and/or freeskiing with the goal of entering competitions in the upcoming season. Dryland training is included in this program.

*Once school begins training will be on weekends ONLY.
Includes water ramp sessions, trampoline, cross training activities (gymnastics, soccer, hiking, etc.), and Utah Olympic Park rides.
