FLY Freestyle

Ability Level Beginner/Intermediate

Rates $650

Fly Freestyle 1 and 2 day per week programs are focused on athletes who can make a consistent commitment and are just getting started in freeride and freestyle, want to learn new tricks, and establish a good athletic base for winter. Participants will spend time in the Spence Eccles Olympic Freestyle Pool ramps at the UOP and trampolines at Black Diamond.

  • June 12 to August 21

    Monday

  • Includes water ramp sessions, trampoline, cross training activities (gymnastics, soccer, bowling, hiking, UOP rides, etc).

  • 9 am to 4 pm

    • Warm Up & Stretch| 9 to 9:30 am
    • Tramp | 9:30 am to 10:30 am
    • Ramp | 10:30 am to 12 pm
    • Lunch | 12 pm to 1 pm
    • Tramp | 1 pm to 2 pm
    • Ramp 2:30 pm to 4 pm

    • Swimsuit
    • Beach Towel
    • Water / Water Bottle
    • Sunscreen
  • Programs

    • No refunds given once a program has begun. Refunds may be considered in the event of an injury or mitigating circumstances and will be determined at the discretion of the Head Coach or Program Manager.

    Camps

    • For all cancellations there will be a $25.00 processing fee applied.
    • 14+ days before start of camp = 100% refund (minus processing fee)
    • 13-7 days before start of camp = 75% refund
    • 6 days or sooner before start of camp = 50% refund

    Injury

    • Parents must communicate via email to Program Manager or Head Coach must be notified within a week of injury
    • In the case that a request for a refund is approved, it will be calculated from the date of the request, not the date the athlete stopped attending training
    • Athlete/parent will have the option for a refund or to put the money in an athlete account for that athlete to use for future UOP programs
    • No refunds will be considered after April 1 for winter programming and October 31 for summer programming
