Weekly sessions will include a variety of activities that will foster greater sport-specific understanding. These sessions will include technique, intensity, strength, tactics and mental preparation for races. Participants in this program will have weekly coaching opportunities to participate in local Wasatch ski mountaineering night races, regional United States Ski Mountaineering Association sanctioned races, national championships and some may choose to compete internationally.
