Rates $4 day | $85 annual

Runners have the opportunity to train on the 442-meter indoor track that surrounds the Oval speed skating ice dubbed as "The Fastest Ice On Earth" where eight world and 10 Olympic records were set in February 2002.

A Mondo Super X track has been installed with four lanes around the ice plus an eight-lane, 110-meter sprint zone. The track has been marked according to NCAA and IAAF standards.

The facility has tremendous potential as a winter training ground for recreational runners as well as high school and college track and field athletes.

The Oval is one of the rare indoor track facilities in the state, providing year-round training capabilities in a climate-controlled temperature of 63F to 65F degrees.

  • Individual Track Pass

    • $85 for Individual Annual Running Track Pass
    • $4 for single day pass

    Team Track Pass
    • Requires a letter from school, 501C-3, USATF club certification or Pro Team
    • Minimum of 10 participants per team
    • $35 per team member
    • Coach is the point of contact
    • Annual Team Running Track Pass is valid 365 days from purchase date

    Group Track Pass
    • Minimum of 10 participants per team
    • $65 per team member
    • Group has appointed leader/lead contact
    • Annual Team Running Track Pass is valid 365 days from purchase date

  • Summer Hours 2017 (March thru September)
    • Monday to Friday | 5:30 am to 9 pm
    • Saturday | 6 am to 7 pm
    • Sundays | 12 pm to 4 pm, Closed March 26th - Sept 24th

  • Current Track Closures:
    Feb 11 | Closed 7 am to 1 pm
    Feb 25 | Closed 8 am to 11 am

    • All Track users must check in at the Guest Services desk before entering the arena.
    • Track Admission Wristbands (when required) must be visible at all times.
    • Look both ways before stepping onto the running track to ensure a clear path.
    • No spikes/cleats allowed at any time inside the facility.
    • Do not spit or blow your nose on the track or ice. Please use provided waste containers.
    • Designated Running Lanes: 1 - 4. Slower traffic please use outer lanes 3 & 4.
    • Block starts, sprints and hurdles are allowed in lanes 5 – 8 only.
    • No standing on running lanes or stretching on oval pads. Please use provided stretching areas.
    • No spectators, coaches, or timers on the running track – athletes only.
    • Shirts must be worn at all times.
    • Be courteous by moving to outside lanes in the presence of faster runners.
    • No soccer, football, hockey, or other “ball” sports allowed on the track.
    • No food, drink, or chewing gum allowed on the track.
    • For promotional purposes, photographs may be taken of runners from time to time.
    • Be aware and respectful of others using the track.
