Rates Full Day $1,354 | Half Day $955 (Available June 12 - August 16 + Saturdays in the Fall)

Are you interested in trying out ski jumping and building XC ski skills in a fun and dynamic environment? Nordic Combined – Level 2 is a bridge program geared toward young skiers who are interested in taking their jumping and XC skills to the next level. Athletes will work on general strength, agility, balance, flexibility and endurance, with emphasis on motor skill development. Athletes will also learn to rollerski. Fun off-site activities such as gymnastics, hockey, soccer, and hiking/running are also included. Athletes may be split into developmentally appropriate groups.

*Skiers must have ski skills including ability to carry their own equipment, put skis on, ski parallel, turn, and stop.

  • Spring: May 1 to June 7 (Monday) XC - 4 pm to 5:30 pm (Wednesday) Conditioning & Skill - 4:30 pm to 6 pm (Wednesday) Summer: June 12 to August 18 (Monday)XC - 9 to 11 am (Tuesday) OFF (Wednesday) Ski Jumping - 9:30 am to 3 pm (Thursday) XC - 9 am to 11 am (Friday) Ski Jumping - 9:30 am to 3 pm Fall: August 28 to October 28 (Monday)XC - 4 to 5:30 pm (Wednesday) Ski Jumping - 4 to 6:30 pm (Thursday) XC - 4 to 5:30 pm (Saturday) Ski Jumping - 9:30 am to 3 pm Practice time: (Arrive no more than 30 min’s in advance) There will be no training July 3 - 7 and July 31 - August 5. The Springer Tournee is July 24 - 30 and there will be a specific jumping schedule sent out for this week.

  • Camps and competitions are additional to program fees. Springer Tournee entry fee is included in the program registration fee.

  • Starting summer 2017 2nd year Level 2/U14 Nordic Combiner’s will be required to own their own gear by the Fall of 2017. PCNSC will offer opportunities to order gear. *Seasonal rental gear will be available for $50. Rental inventory is first come, first served. Sizing options could be limited. Ski Jumping: Running shoes, weather appropriate clothing, water, a healthy nut free snack, and sunscreen. Ski jumping equipment provided as appropriate. Cross Country: Equipment and clothing for roller skiing, running, hiking with poles, mountain biking, helmet, and water bottle with holder.

  • Programs

    • No refunds given once a program has begun. Refunds may be considered in the event of an injury or mitigating circumstances and will be determined at the discretion of the Head Coach or Program Manager.


    • For all cancellations there will be a $25.00 processing fee applied.
    • 14+ days before start of camp = 100% refund (minus processing fee)
    • 13-7 days before start of camp = 75% refund
    • 6 days or sooner before start of camp = 50% refund


    • Parents must communicate via email to Program Manager or Head Coach must be notified within a week of injury
    • In the case that a request for a refund is approved, it will be calculated from the date of the request, not the date the athlete stopped attending training
    • Athlete/parent will have the option for a refund or to put the money in an athlete account for that athlete to use for future UOP programs
    • No refunds will be considered after April 1 for winter programming and October 31 for summer programming
