Nestled into the hillside at the base of the Utah Olympic Park Nordic jumps, The Residences at Utah Olympic Park are owned and operated by the Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation. There are a total of 72 units (146 beds) that can accommodate both Nightly Lodging guests and longer-term apartment residents. The purpose of The Residences is to provide subsidized housing for athletes and coaches actively involved in training, as well as employees of the Utah Olympic Park.
The qualifying criteria requires that at least one resident or guest per unit falls into the categories above and must be under a certain income bracket. This qualification process is managed by the Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation and regulated by the affordable housing agreements with Summit County.
