Short term stay reservation information for qualifying athletes & coaches

At the heart of the Utah Olympic Park in Park City, UT, a year-round mecca for outdoor enthusiast and world-class athletes lies the newly built Olympic Park Residences. This state of the art building houses 29 short term units catering to development level and high performance athletes/sport clubs/national & international teams in winter sport looking to train at the amazing Olympic venues and training areas the community has to offer. Guests will enjoy access to an affordable and athlete focused housing environment.

Salt Lake International Airport is located a short 30 minutes from the Olympic Park Residences.

The housing property is located on property at Utah Olympic Park, 5 miles to Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort, 9 miles to the US Ski & Snowboard Center of Excellence, 26 miles to Soldier Hollow Nordic Center, and 35 miles to the Utah Olympic Oval.

Pets are not permitted in the building with exception of service dogs. The building is ADA accessible, with specific accessible units available upon request. Two-night minimum stay required.

how to qualify

  • –All interested individuals are required to complete the UOP Short Term Reservation Form below.
  • –Applicants must meet these required criteria to be considered for a reservation:
    • –Applicants must either be athletes who are actively training and registered as an athlete with a nationally recognized sport federation of the United States Olympic Committee OR a coach registered with a nationally recognized sport federation of the United States Olympic Committee.
  • –As demand for this subsidized short term stay housing will exceed availability, the Legacy Foundation will offer reservations that also include these qualifying criteria:
    • –Olympic winter sport athletes have priority over summer sport athletes.
    • –US athletes have priority over International athletes.
    • –Athletes training at Utah Olympic Park have priority over athletes training in other Utah locations.
    • –UOP Resident Club athletes and coaches have priority over non-resident club athletes and coaches.
    • –Being a recognized winter sport athlete or coach of a national or international team.

Initial reservation requests will be assembled and responded to by June 10, 2019. Following this date, we will respond to requests on a first-come, first-served basis.
