PARKING, CHECK-IN & ORIENTATION

Please park in the main guest lot and proceed to the Quinney Welcome Center. Your check-in time is your reservation time. Check-in will begin at the Guest Services Desk at the Welcome Center. Waivers will be checked and guests will receive a sled assignment (there is NO guarantee for riding together, please see below).

We can not guarantee that we can accommodate your reservation if you’re more than ten minutes late as we have a certain number of reservations per session and don’t want to hold up the whole session. Please note that your ice time is following orientation. After checking in, guests will be shuttled to the finish dock of the bobsled track. Orientation will take place at the finish dock.
