Rules and safety

Please sign our online waiver prior to your arrival. 

Camps: There will be Comp Camps (Dates & Location TBD) that will be an additional cost. There are no regularly scheduled training sessions during camps.

Required Equipment: Boots, ski poles, bounding poles, running shoes, helmet, water bottle and carrier, heart rate monitor. All Comp athletes are required to have their own classic and skate roller skiing gear by the start of their second year on the Comp Team. Scholarship gear use is available. Please contact Program Manager or Head Coach for details.

Required Licenses/Memberships/Paperwork – There will be an online information session on April 14th from 6-7pm. Athletes are encouraged to attend the webinar and a copy of the webinar will also be made available on TeamSoHo.org. Before practicing with Team SoHo or participating in any organized activities at Soldier Hollow, all participants must have a signed and current SoHo Venue Waiver (renews each year on May 1st), Team SoHo Code of Conduct, and acknowledgement of receipt of the Parent/Athlete Handbook. Additionally, all Biathlon athletes are required to have a current US Biathlon Competitor License BEFORE shooting.
