Rules and safety

Required equipment: Water bottle with carrier, running shoes, and training clothing. A full list of recommended equipment can be obtained from coaches.

*Rollerskis are recommended, but not required

 

Required Licenses/Memberships/Paperwork – There will be an online information session on April 14th from 6-7pm. Athletes are encouraged to attend webinar and a copy of the webinar will also be made available on www.TeamSoHo.org. Before practicing with Team SoHo or participating in any organized activities at Soldier Hollow, all participants must have a signed and current SoHo Venue Waiver (renews each year on May 1st), Team SoHo Code of Conduct, and acknowledgement of receipt of the Parent/Athlete Handbook.
