FUNdamentals Sport Camp

The Utah Olympic Park’s FUNdamentals Sport Camp offers an unmatched multi-sport experience designed for youngster’s ages 7 to 10 years old. The camp is designed around a fun dynamic environment that includes a physical education class each morning that reinforce agility, balance, coordination and general movement skills. Each week is focused around an introduction to a new sport.  Depending on the week, participants will spend two one and a half hour introductory lessons in golf, tennis, swimming, water polo, sailing and more. In addition to the featured sport of the week, youngsters will participate in gymnastics, skate boarding, and an art class. Camp counselors are gym teachers who attend or have graduated from Brigham Young University and bring a unique dynamic to each week. Best of all, each camp session provides an opportunity to try freestyle skiing skills into the Spence Eccles Olympic Freestyle Pool.

UOP Skeleton and Bobsled Combine

UOP Bobsled and Skeleton is the development program for bobsled and skeleton. The Combine we offer will consist of a modified, 6-item, format. The events are sprints (15m, 30m, 45 m and Flying 30m), underhand shot toss and broad jump. There is no lifting included with the UOP combine.

Water Ramping Camp

This 5-day camp is for skiers or snowboarders ages 7-18 looking for a week-long camp experience where they can learn new tricks and progress their jumping skills all in the safety of the Utah Olympic Parks’ Spence Eccles Olympic Freestyle Pool. Each week of camp consists of 4 full days of water ramping and trampoline training with some of the best coaches Park City Ski and Snowboard has to offer. The camp also includes one “rest” day on Wednesdays where participants will get o experience all the adventure activities that Utah Olympic Park has to offer.

Air Camp

This 5-day camp is geared towards skiers ages 7-12 who are new to the sport of Freestyle and are looking for a multi-sport, week-long summer camp to help progress their jumping and air awareness skills. The camp includes 2 days of jumping in to the Spence Eccles Olympic Freestyle Pool at Utah Olympic Park, two days of Nordic jumping and an “air” incorporated activity day that includes diving at Ecker Hill as well as the Adventure Activities at Utah Olympic Park. Each day will also include an hour long session on the trampolines to help gain confidence and become more comfortable while in the the air.
