Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation Sport Survey

Understanding the perspectives of the youth in our community related to our sports programs at the Utah Olympic Park, Utah Olympic Oval, and Soldier Hollow Nordic Center, is essential to our drive to improve our programs and provide a better level of service for our community in the future.  We value your perspective and would appreciate your participation in this survey, which should take 5-10 minutes to complete.  When you complete the survey, you will be entered into a drawing for prizes, described in the survey.
